What You’ll Do
- Design engaging, user-centric digital experiences for websites, apps, and interactive platforms
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and designs using Figma
- Create digital designs using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, copywriters and clients to bring ideas to life
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Work across multiple industries, gaining exposure to different sectors and design challenges
- Buildout of websites for various clients
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a small-to-mid-sized agency setting
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- HTML/CSS/JS knowledge
- WordPress management expertise to add and modify content of existing websites
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, user flows, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards
- Passion for thoughtful, user-centered design with an eye for detail
- Team player mentality with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
- A degree in UI/UX, graphic design, visual design or relevant field.
- Must have the authorization to work in the US.
- Must be comfortable working remotely.
