Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist the IT support team with daily help desk operations, including responding to tickets and resolving technical issues
- Shadow experienced technicians to learn best practices in troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Participate in the onboarding process for new technologies, helping prepare equipment and configurations
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles to streamline future support
- Take part in team meetings, contributing your ideas and gaining insights into project management
- Support special projects as assigned, allowing you to explore various areas within IT
WHAT YOU NEED:
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn!
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and networking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- A desire to contribute to a team, while also being able to work independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus

Benefits
WHAT YOU'LL EARN:
Schedule: Part-time or full-time (flexible hours based on school commitments).
Compensation: $17 per hour, non-exempt position, paid internship.
