Louis Vuitton is seeking a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Full Time Operations Specialist to join its team at our Orlando location.
Job responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure operational excellence and support the achievement of business objectives through the following key responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise, and lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
- Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems, fostering a collaborative work environment within the team and with managers.
- Manage inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Assist with the maintenance of the store facility, organize all back of house areas, and provide on-site technological support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and guide store teams on these directives.
