Description:You will be the Program Manufacturing Engineer. Our team supports Air Dominance mission area Production and Development efforts.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Manufacturing Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting multiple production sites in the areas of affordability, manufacturing process development, yield improvement, and tooling concepts.
• Other common tasks include supporting production operations with manufacturing readiness reviews, MBOM planning, manufacturability designs reviews, and review of design changes. Candidate will be required to travel approximately 1 week per month.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. in relative Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial, etc.)
- Technical knowledge and experience in the areas of defensive and aerospace manufacturing, process development, and production testing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Working Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma skills and ability to identify process issues/opportunities.
Desired Skills:
- At least 1+ year prior experience in a manufacturing role directly supporting the shop floor.
- SAP / MPMLink Experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively communicate cross-functionally and to program/operations leadership.
- Working knowledge of Electro-Mechanical assembly processes.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
