Essential Functions:
- Ensure campus classrooms and laboratories are open, stocked, cleaned/sanitized and ready for students and faculty
- Cleanup, disposal and sanitization at the conclusion of laboratory sessions is required
- Assist Faculty with physical and technology setup of classrooms and laboratories
- Provide technical laboratory support in various labs
- Create spreadsheets to support an array of data including laboratory use and replenishment needs
- Communicates any discrepancies or issues to related departments
- Responsible for keeping stock items and parts in an organized manner
- Reconciles all inventory discrepancies
- Provides accurate report numbers to designated departments
- Generates distribution of weekly reports, summarizing inventory accuracy through use of cycle counts
- Maintains laboratory functionality and presentation
- Contacts building maintenance management as needed
- Manages special projects as required
Qualifications:
- Must have weekend availability
- CURRENT NEEDED SCHEDULE : Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to speak in front of small to medium sized groups
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- $19$22/hr. All wages based on education and experience

Physical Demands:
- The incumbent regularly sits for extended periods
- Physical ability to perform the duties as assigned to the program or department
- Proficient in operating electronic keyboards and other office machines
- Effective verbal communication skills in answering telephones and providing information with clarity and distinctness
- Ability to read fine print and operate computers with precision
- Ability to understand voices over the telephone and in person
- Able to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing between 10-25 pounds as needed
