Entry Level Events Assistant to join our Orlando, FL team and support the planning and execution of various events.
Position Summary:
The Entry Level Events Assistant will assist in all aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and coordinating company and client events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor communication.
- Support event setup, on-site management, and post-event breakdown.
- Prepare and distribute event materials such as invitations, schedules, and promotional items.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event-related administrative tasks such as maintaining budgets, timelines, and checklists.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
