We are hiring a detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our dynamic Digital Experience Team. You will gain hands on experience with scrum practices and agile methodologies, while supporting with sprint ceremonies by tracking progress and identifying deviations.
This position is expected to start May 2025 and continue through the entire Summer 2025 term (through August 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.
In This Role
- Gain hands-on exposure to agile methodologies, scrum practices, and software delivery processes
- Support with sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support tracking and monitoring sprint progress, identify deviations, and assist with corrective actions
- Assist with maintaining Jira boards, dashboards, and documentation to improve visibility into project status
- Help prepare and report project status to key stakeholders
- Support change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of process changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery

The Ideal Person
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and adapt to shifting project needs
- Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Interest in software development lifecycle and digital product delivery
