Job purpose
The purpose of this position is to provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily business needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems
- Maintain client contact as requested or required by project
- Take meeting minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Make travel and meeting arrangements
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Provide general support to managers, clients, employees, and sub-contractors
- Create marketing materials and content
- Manage social media platforms
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant (minimum 2 yrs.)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma with 5 yrs. Experience or College Degree with 2 yrs. Experience
Working conditions
This is a remote position. You will be provided with office equipment and a corporate credit card for expenses.
