About the Role:
The Mobile App Client Success Manager will have broad responsibilities related to the continuous improvement of the company’s mobile app. The individual in this role will improve the clients’ mobile app experience by identifying user needs and translating these needs into functionality, content, and user experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conducting virtual and occasional in-person app demos for new and existing users and acquiring customer feedback to review with team members
- Onboarding new users by creating personalized accounts and adding custom content relating to projects
- Developing and executing Mobile content management strategy (understanding audience needs; providing relevant content; ensuring exceptional digital experience; continuously improving features; gathering insight and evaluating customer perception)
- Improving content quality while reducing the time users spend searching for information
- Sharing user experience techniques best-practices examples with development team members
- Working closely with management and app development team to ensure timely delivery of content improvements. Occasionally leading projects and initiatives.
- Designing user interface mock-ups for various pages within the app to help communicate ideas and functionality to the app platform development team
- Reviewing and testing new features and providing feedback to app development team
Background and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience involving mobile apps
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, Engineering or Computer Science degree a plus
- Experience testing and documenting bugs and issues
- Knowledge of user experience techniques and best-practices
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with creating video content a plus
