This position will be full time -8 hour shifts and be scheduled 35-40 hours a week, flexible shift scheduling. This position will share on-call responsibilities for snowplowing on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Tennyson Court grounds, including, lawn maintenance, shrub trimming, spring/fall clean ups and prep.
- Maintain lawn and snow equipment.
- Provide snow removal services, both plowing and shoveling.
Qualifications
- Verbal and written English skills.
- Skills with time management and professionalism .
- Prior experience with lawn and snow equipment preferred.
- Valid Driver's license
- Complete medical physical exam, with TB test (provided by Tennyson Court)
- Pass NYS Department of Health background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

- snowplow: 2 years (Preferred)
