Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects within our health plan operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel, and a strong ability to manage timelines, coordinate teams, and keep projects on track. You’ll play a key role in supporting initiatives across areas such as provider data, data management, member services, claims, and quality improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across multiple health plan functions.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools, especially MS Project.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, risk logs, and status updates.
Work with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, align expectations, and communicate progress.
Monitor compliance and regulatory deadlines to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Develop and deliver professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel for internal and leadership review.
Identify, track, and escalate project risks or issues that could impact timelines or outcomes.

Education and Experience

Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
2+ years of project coordination or related experience, preferably in healthcare or health insurance.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver mindset.
Familiarity with healthcare operations or regulatory environments is a plus.
