Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors
- Manage performance by setting clear goals and expectations
- Recognize outstanding performance, builds strong relationships with team members and departments
- Ensure team compliance with policies, security and training
- Manage project plans, timelines and leads change management in a SAFe agile environment
- Manage the delivery of new features, enhancements, and software releases
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Track project performance and generate reports and applies agile disciplines to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain regular communication and clear reporting with senior and executive stakeholders
- Expert in software development life cycle.
- Manage best practices for development and deployment process of an Azure DevSecOps environment
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring smooth and timely releases of software.
- Work with engineers to comprehend code merges and branch ramifications
- Schedule, manage and coordinate releases across multiple applications within various portfolios across different teams and projects
- Construct a release calendar for the different projects to have a centralized view of all releases.
