Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing team as a Sales Associate in Grand Rapids. In this role, you’ll support our sales operations and collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and Sales to drive revenue and strengthen client relationships.
You will play a key role in executing sales processes, identifying and qualifying leads, and supporting the broader team to enhance business performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of our services, customer needs, and regional market dynamics.

Essential Functions
- Manage all inbound and outbound sales activities for Immaculate Flight, ensuring consistent and professional engagement with prospects and clients
- Serve as a key point of contact during the pre-sales process, gathering client details including contact, billing, and relevant background information
- Engage prospective clients using best practices across email, phone, and social channels to drive interest and convert leads
- Support the Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing by delivering data-driven insights and sales activity analytics via HubSpot
- Manage and move prospects through the full sales cycle, maintaining a healthy and up-to-date opportunity pipeline
- Assist with identifying key decision-makers within target accounts and share relevant insights in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately document and track all sales activities and maintain comprehensive records within HubSpot CRM
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to support broader sales and organizational goals
- Maintain and grow a personal book of business to support regional sales targets
- Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience
Schedule
- Hours are 9am – 8pm, with an hour break for lunch. Hours are subject to change with notice
- Schedule is 4 days on and 3 days off then 3 days on and 4 days off
Required Skills & Behaviors
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a sales support role or sales position
- 2 years Associate Degree or 4 year degree in sales, marketing or similar experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve desired results
- Proficiency in HubSpot
- Strong time management, organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
- A strong desire for continuous learning and innovation
- Efficient, organized, and capable of working both as a team member and independently
Organizational Relationships
- Reports directly to the Senior Director, Sales & Marketing
Travel Requirements
- Minimal to no travel required unless the need arises and will be discussed with sales associate
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
