Role involves leading and driving Agile transformations within the organization
Will define and implement Agile processes tailored to the team and organization's needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and eliminate impediments to Agile delivery
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Guide Agile teams in self-organization and cross-functionality
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and sprint demos
Manage Agile artifacts to promote transparency and accountability
Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables
Continuously evaluate and refine Agile practices
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging Agile methodologies
Requirements include: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification
At least 5 years of experience in driving Agile transformations across diverse teams
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Experience with Behavioral Driven Development BDD and tools like Cucumber and Gherkin
Working knowledge with source control systems like Git and other Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and process facilitation skills
Experience in e-commerce and/or payment and financial domains is a plus
B.S. in Computer Science or Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
