We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced warehouse facility in Jacksonville, FL. This is a fully onsite role responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory flow, maintaining safety standards, and improving overall operational performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to support production and distribution schedules
- Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
