Sr Software Engineering Supervisor
As a Sr Software Engineering Supervisor here at Honeywell, Gdańsk, PL you will play a critical role in leading and managing a team of software engineers to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions. This is a hybrid work – 3 days from office + 2 days from home!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions (developing web applications (TypeScript, React, REST API)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of software development projects
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Very good knowledge of network protocols and web technologies
