Role Overview:
You will have the ability to generate immediate value by effectively executing project tasks and efficiently managing a portfolio of projects through completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers for the duration of their project with Villa. In addition to serving customers, you will coordinate directly with internal teams, external vendors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
What You'll Do:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from design and permitting to construction and completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party professionals to ensure seamless project execution
- Assist with project buyouts and procurement of necessary materials and services
- Manage all financial aspects of projects and maintain project budgets and purchase order tracking
- Ensure compliance with local permitting regulations and work closely with Authorities Having Jurisdiction
- Maintain organized project documentation, both digital and physical
- Monitor and analyze project efficiency, identifying areas for process improvement
- Provide exceptional client service for a growing multi-million dollar project portfolio
Who You Are:
- Experienced in residential construction project management, with knowledge of sitework, foundations, utilities, and home construction
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making, always finding a way forward on projects
- A strong communicator, comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and other platforms
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar project management tools
- Budget-conscious, with experience in project accounting and cost control
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to improve internal processes
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and professional growth
- Previous experience in prefab, modular, or manufactured housing is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree with 1–3+ years of experience in construction project management

The compensation band for this role is $99,450 - $117,000 in California (salary band dependent on location).
