About the Role: We are seeking a Project Manager to support our team in overseeing a global, high-stakes project. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring workstreams stay on track, within scope, and aligned with both client and internal goals. The ideal candidate has experience in project management, preferably in social and/or supplier marketing. You'll be working closely with our HQ team in Los Angeles and a global team, often across international time zones, and will play a key role in ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows. This contract role spans approximately 3.5 months (through July 2025).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead a global team, ensuring that project milestones, timelines, and deadlines are met, while proactively identifying and solving potential roadblocks.
- Team & Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, ensuring the team’s work is well-distributed, and reallocate as necessary to meet deadlines and goals.
- Communication & Collaboration: Regularly communicate with HQ and global teams to report on progress, challenges, and next steps. Lead standups (3-5x per week) to ensure alignment and resolve issues proactively.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress and provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to HQ and clients to ensure the project is moving forward smoothly and transparently.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of work produced meets both client and HQ standards and expectations.
- Client-Facing Responsibilities: Attend client meetings and collaborate closely with clients to communicate progress, deliverables, and any potential challenges.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 2+ years of project management experience, preferably with international experience. Agency, social media, or creator marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear, proactive communicator, capable of managing cross-functional teams, and comfortable in client-facing situations.
- Organizational & Time Management: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, adept at prioritizing tasks and handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with major search and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and a general understanding of their role in marketing and audience engagement.
- Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with cultural, regional, and social media trends to ensure campaigns are relevant and impactful.

Employment Status:
Full-time contractor (40 hours/week)
Salary Range: $50-$70/hr
