Adjunct Faculty Position: Social Gerontology
The Sociology Department at Covenant College invites applications for an adjunct professor to teach Social Gerontology and Nursing Home Management during the Fall 2025. Covenant College is a Christian college emphasizing the liberal arts in the Reformed and Presbyterian tradition.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Teach an undergraduate course on "Social Gerontology and Nursing Home management" in the context of a Christian perspective.
- Plan lessons and assignments, provide instruction, grade assignments, respond to student inquiries, submit final grades.
Qualifications
- An appreciation and Understanding of the mission of Covenant College.
- A Master's degree in Sociology, Social Work (MSW), or an MBA.
- Protracted experience in the field of Nursing Home Management.
