Responsibilities:
-Oversee both warehouse & transportation operations
-Help support and lead day to day functions of the distribution center
-Partake in overseeing the annual budget
-Ensure the DC has positive and safe working conditions
-Oversee new company initiatives and bring a C.I. mindset to the building
Requirements:
-5+ years in senior management operations within a distribution center environment
-Proficiency in warehouse management systems
-High volume retail, grocery, foodservice or 3PL distribution experience
-Has led teams in a large-scale distribution environment
-Bachelor's degree highly preferred
-Strong track record overseeing C.I. initiatives
