Note to applicants: This role is a full -time, non-exempt position located in Austin, TX. (hybrid)
Who You Are: This role is a coordination and liaison position for Specialty sales between key cross functional groups – Finance, Supply Chain, Product Development and Retail Development. This role will drive visibility, planning, follow-up and coordination of key needs and processes including – deck requests / prep, new item set up coordination, order entry, mock creation and sourcing, trade agreement pricing, etc.
What You're Good At:
- Support AN Commercial Teams
- Responsible for AN reporting including creation, assembly, assessment, and distribution of reports.
- Travel coordinator for SVPs & team events
- Primary owner of key meeting minutes and coordinator of follow ups.
- Ad-hoc requests on data, insights, or projects
- You will be responsible for communication and coordination between teams, in addition to project tracking.
- Additional tasks as business presents
What You Contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years project management experience
- Analytical thinker
- Experience managing external customer inventory
- Has solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Is a creative, out of the box thinker, with a sense of humor and ability to think and react quickly.
- Works extremely well with others and is the best at developing strong relationships with our internal and external customers
