Position: Systems & Support Analyst
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000
Seeking an Entry-Level Service Desk Analyst (Tier 2) to join the IT Support Management team.
This role offers an excellent growth opportunity within a dynamic IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service desk support for internal users (Tier 1 and Tier 2 level).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory (on-prem & Azure AD), M365, and Exchange Online.
- Collaborate with vendors on the Printer and Telephony side.
- Deliver high-quality support and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- IT support experience on a Service Desk, ideally Tier 2 level skills.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments, specifically AD on-prem & Azure AD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
- MSP experience is ideal but not a must as it's much slower.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
