Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dual Hotel Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts across two hotel properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance market presence. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for both hotel properties to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients, including corporate accounts and event planners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and pricing.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of success.
