Connexa Search Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturer in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee all supply chain operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role focuses on optimizing material planning, production scheduling, inventory control, logistics, and supplier coordination to ensure seamless operations and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and refine supply chain processes, ensuring smooth material flow from suppliers to production and final delivery.
Oversee inventory control, logistics, and ERP/MRP system utilization for optimal efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, aligning with lean principles and business goals.
Monitor supply chain performance, implementing strategic actions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, operations, and leadership teams to support business needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
5+ years in supply chain/materials management, including leadership experience.
Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, along with expertise in inventory management and logistics.
Ability to manage global suppliers and navigate customs processes.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and supply chain analytics are highly desirable.
