Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects in the region. This role requires a strong background in renewable energy project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project development and execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to drive project milestones.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Engage with stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and report updates to leadership.
- Identify and resolve project challenges through strategic problem-solving.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy industry (solar, wind, or BESS preferred).
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Experience with EPC contracts, permitting, and regulatory processes in renewable energy.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and PPA structures in energy projects.
