We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our organization, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of our database systems by efficiently entering, updating, and managing data. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all information is entered correctly and promptly, supporting our team in delivering top-notch services to our clients. Salary Range: $15.50 - $25.00 yearly Location: Cincinnati, OH Key Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality and data security Review and verify data entered from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic and physical file systems Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is accounted for Conduct regular database clean-ups to eliminate duplicate records and outdated information Generate reports and summaries based on data input and analysis Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with database software is advantageous Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for extended periods Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment
