The Director of Admissions oversees the targeting and acquisition of students as well as their transition into the University. The Director of Admissions must hold at a minimum a bachelor's degree.The Director of Admissions must also have the following:
- Documented success in college admissions (at least 2 years in admissions)
- At least 2 years of managerial experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional leadership and team building ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
The qualified candidate must have the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
