Summary
The Warehouse Manager is to oversee the organization, maintenance, and distribution of tools and supplies within our warehouse. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency, accountability, and proper handling of equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and has strong leadership abilities to enforce proper check-in/out procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee all tools and supplies within the warehouse.
· Implement and enforce a structured check-in/check-out system for tools and supplies.
· Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipment as needed.
· Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
· Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking when necessary.
· Ensure proper storage and handling of all tools and materials.
· Enforce accountability for all employees checking out tools and supplies.
· Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure equipment and supply needs are met.
· Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activity.
Qualifications
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
· Prior managerial experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
· Confident and assertive in enforcing warehouse policies.
· Excellent communication skills to give and receive direction effectively.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Requirements
· Staff are scheduled to work a minimum of 40 hours in a work week. Staff members are expected to report on time and work for the duration of their scheduled shift. Work hours may vary if other duties are required.
· Must have a clean driving record with a valid license.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
