We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team! This role will be critical in shaping the experiences of companies adopting Mosaic, ensuring they achieve measurable value from our platform while fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with our customers to deeply understand their goals, workflows, and pain points.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering tailored, proactive support and strategic guidance.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless implementation and handoff to ongoing success.
- Conduct regular business reviews to highlight value metrics, address challenges, and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalations, managing customer expectations with empathy and precision.
- Deliver training, webinars, and resources tailored to our teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with Sales to drive renewals and upsells.
Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in a B2B SaaS company (experience with mid-market accounts preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear, actionable way to non-technical audiences.
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to own your work and thrive in a dynamic, startup environment.
- Proven experience driving adoption, renewals, and expansions.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and eagerness to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams.
