As an UX/UI intern, you will collaborate with our Senior Digital Product Designer and cross functional partners to help create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences.
This position is expected to start May 2025 and continue through the entire Summer 2025 term (through August 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.
In This Role
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Assist in creating journey maps and user flows
- Support work on wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Create visual designs that align with brand guidelines and design system
- Contribute to the development of user interfaces that enhance user experience
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques and reviews
- Assist in creating interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts
- Present prototypes and make adjustments based on stakeholder feedback
- Support the maintenance of design documentation, including style guides and design systems
- Ensure that design specifications are well-documented and communicated effectively to the development team

The Ideal Person
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or related field
- Portfolio of work samples that demonstrate an understanding of user-centered design
- Familiarity of design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience with project management tool such as Jira is a plus
- Strategic thinking with ability to align design goals with business goals
- Innovative thinker who has a strong understanding of design fundamentals
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow in the UX/UI field
