Job Description
We are seeking a driven, motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production team member. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring quality standards are met. Day shift and evening shift positions are available.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures
- Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently
- Inspect products for defects and quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report issues to supervisors
- Adhere to production schedules and quotas
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds
- Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues
