Purpose of Position:
Performs the assembly, in-house testing and assures quality of new Westmatic large vehicle wash equipment in the Buffalo, NY assembly facility. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have strong mechanical skills, and knowledge of/experience with a variety of skills including:
- Mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
- Plumbing. Threaded galvanized, PVC, Stainless
- Electrical wiring terminations.
- Use of an overhead crane and forklift.
- Exhibit workplace professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction
- Team spirit and collaboration within the department and within the company as whole
- Assure Westmatic policies regarding the environment, health and safety compliance in the shop
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
