Key Responsibilities:

We’re seeking an executive assistant to optimize the workflow by:

General Office Management: Ensuring the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, ordering office equipment, and keeping the workplace organized.
Reception: Answering emails, greeting visitors, and ensuring a positive first impression of the office.
Vendor and Facility Coordination: Communicating with vendors or service providers for office maintenance, repairs, or supplies.
Event Coordination: Organizing office events, conferences, and meetings (internal and external).
Assisting with projects: Helping with ongoing projects, keeping track of progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Personal tasks: Handle personal errands, appointments, or other non-business-related tasks.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office administrator, or in a similar role.
This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
Highly organized: Maintains order and prioritizes tasks effectively.
Personable and patient: Builds genuine relationships within our office network, which thrives on real friendships.
Assertive: Confident in standing your ground when necessary.
