Position: Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

Roll and Hill is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and coordinate daily administrative operations with our four locations (two in New York and two in Michigan). The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of tasks, problem solve and think creatively. This role will occasionally be exposed to confidential information candidates must be trustworthy and maintain measures to safeguard and protect all confidential and proprietary information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree and minimum of 5 years working experience.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Demonstrated skills in using office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, Calendars, etc.)
A proactive and professional work ethic and ability to promote growth and learning in an evolving business.
Demonstrated ability to handle matters of confidentiality discreetly and work with employees on issues requiring varying degrees of sensitivity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures.
Overseeing office facilities supplies and maintenance.
Supporting the CEO with administrative tasks.
Oversees tracking of computer equipment, IT services and phone system updates. Maintains and orders office supplies.
Onboarding new employees and providing administrative support.
Planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Maintain office filing systems and document management.
Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives. This position description is intended to guide the activities of the Office Manager / Administrative Assistant.
