Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our quality control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality systems and the ability to analyze data effectively. The QC Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with ISO regulations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize various measuring tools, including micrometers,calipers, gauges to perform precise measurements and evaluations.
Implement and maintain quality management systems to enhance product quality and safety.
Participate in quality audits to assess adherence to established protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze inspection data and generate reports to communicate findings to relevant internal departments.
Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality control or related field, with a strong understanding of quality systems and management practices.
Familiarity with ISO regulations and industry standards is preferred.
Proficient in using measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers,gauges for accurate inspections.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Experience with quality audits is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across departments.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
