We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and charismatic assistant to support our growing beauty brand startup.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing the Founder's calendar (travel plus meeting coordination), liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting leadership as needed and providing exceptional customer service to our e-commerce customers. You are a team player but can also work autonomously, finding solutions to problems through research, AI and your own knowledge of best practices. Additionally you are eager to fully immerse yourself into the luxury beauty industry and grow with the brand long term.

You will play a crucial role in helping to maintain our brand's reputation while ensuring client satisfaction. Strong communication skills and an interest in the luxury beauty industry are a must.

While this job is primarily remote, we prefer a candidate who is NYC/NJ/CT/LI based and is comfortable working remotely while being available to join the team onsite 2x a year to support NYFW. This is not a full time position and there will be no benefits offered. All candidates are expected to have their own workstation setup and strong internet access.
