Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our data management process as it involves inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our database systems. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include entering information from various sources, verifying and correcting data, and ensuring that data is accurately recorded and promptly updated.

Key Responsibilities

Inputting data from various sources into our database systems with accuracy and efficiency
Updating and maintaining existing data records to ensure current and correct information
Verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered into our systems
Conducting regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors
Creating and maintaining documentation related to data processes and entry protocols
Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is a plus
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
