We are looking for an entry-level warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. This position will receive and store beer, pick orders, load trucks, and maintain a clean and organized area. This is a fast-paced, production-oriented, and labor-intensive job. The goal is to increase efficiency and accuracy of the warehouse.

Position Responsibilities

Pick and build orders/loads for deliveries
Receive and process beverage deliveries
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Requirements

Excellent work ethic
Willingness to start in an entry-level position
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
Proven working experience pulling and packing orders in a warehouse environment is ideal
The ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a positive, team-player attitude
Forklift experience and certification is a plus
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to work outside maintaining our grounds, and in a multi-temperature warehouse envrionment
Willingness to work before, during, and after holidays
The ability to successfully complete a drug screening and background check
