Position Summary:

CNC Swiss Inc. is looking for a skilled CNC Swiss Operator to join our team. You will operate CNC Swiss machines to make precise metal and plastic parts. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are essential.

Role and Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Swiss machines to make parts based on blueprints
Monitor and adjust machine operations as needed
Perform routine maintenance for optimal performance
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy using measuring instruments
Troubleshoot issues with machines or parts and take corrective action
Collaborate with team members and maintain a clean work area
Document production data, rejected parts, and machine maintenance logs

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; CNC machining training preferred
Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting
Understanding of CNC machining principles and tooling
Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
Proficiency in using measuring instruments and inspection techniques
Ability to read and understand G-code programming and blueprints
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality production
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine and part issues
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
