Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing for eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify and WordPress. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of user behavior, and the technical skills and testing strategies to implement designs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive user interfaces for Shopify and WordPress websites.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on user requirements and business objectives.
Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to improve UI/UX.
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to enhance the overall user experience.
Optimize website designs for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO best practices.
Work with developers, seo specialist, digital marketing strategist and site merchandiser to optimize user experience
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes across digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in B2C eCommerce goods.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe
Strong knowledge of Shopify and WordPress customization and theme design.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus).
Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects related to Shopify and WordPress.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Shopify Liquid and WordPress theme development.
Familiarity with eCommerce best practices and CRO strategies.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles for web design.
